Our Strategy
Under Serviced Markets​
We are dedicated to sourcing affordable multifamily housing deals in markets that are currently under serviced. The Cleveland Metro Area has approximately 56k people in immediate need of affordable Choice Voucher approved homes.
Renovated Assets
We source totally renovated homes with a clean bill of health, where air quality is pure. We install new kitchens, new bathrooms, new flooring, and new mechanical systems. This provides a better home for its residences, and larger potential equity return for our investor.
Partnership with CMHA
We work closing with (CMHA) to place Veterans and those most in need. Our investment strategy is anchored on identifying low-risk properties where the Government pays the Investor Return, Expenses and Debt Service.
